William Jaccard​

joined Penta Asset Management SA when it was founded in 2010 as Managing Director in charge of the Investment and Portfolio Management activities (CIO). He is Partner since 2013 and was promoted CEO in January 2024. Previously, he worked at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) from 2000 to 2010 as Head of the Centralized Private Banking Mandates group, managing multi-asset class portfolios. He was also responsible for the Investment Profile Committee and Deputy Head of the Investment department. ​He was promoted Executive Director in 2002. Prior to this, he spent three years at Banque Edouard Constant (BEC) as Head of the Institutional & Private Clients Portfolio Management department. In this position he was member of the Investment Committee and, in particularly, responsible for managing the bank’s pension fund as well as an international equities fund. He started its career in 1988, working for nine years at Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) where he was responsible for the Fixed Income Portfolio Management team and Member of the Regional Investment Committee. William holds a Master’s degree in Social Science and Economics from the University of Geneva and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). He is also a member of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA)
