joined Penta when it was founded in 2010 as Head of Finance, Compliance and Risk Management, activities he held until the end of 2023. He is Partner since 2013 and has been Chairman of the Board of directors since 2014. Before joining Penta, Pascal worked s an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand between 1981 and 1985, then as Comptroller at Digital Equipment Corporation, Geneva. After obtaining his chartered accountant diploma in 1988, Pascal joined Ernst & Young in 1989 where he held the responsibilities of audit manager, then from 1994, audit partner and finally senior audit partner responsible for the financial services between 1999 and 2003. He then joined Union Bancaire Privée in 2003 as a Member of the General Management and held various responsibilities there, ranging from deputy to the human resources, risks and support manager supervising financial control, compliance and risks, then he coordinated product activities (investment funds) and, between 2006 and 2010, Pascal was the Private Banking Chief of Staff providing support and operational assistance to the head of the Private Banking.
