joined Penta Asset Management SA when it was founded in 2010 as an asset manager until December 2018. She began her banking career in 1992 as an assistant to two professional investors in the financial products department of American Express Bank. She then moved internally to the Middle East team as a management assistant and also looked after the US and Latin American based managers.
In May 2002, she was hired by Maurice Benezra at HSBC Geneva as an assistant, and then followed him to Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) as an account manager. At the beginning of 2019, Maria decided to move into the family office. She now works with several major families who are clients of Penta Asset Management SA.
