Pascal Gisiger

joined Penta when it was founded in 2010 as Head of Finance, Compliance and Risk Management, activities he held until the end of 2023. He is Partner since 2013 and has been Chairman of the Board of directors since 2014. Before joining Penta, Pascal worked s an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand between 1981 and 1985, then as Comptroller at Digital Equipment Corporation, Geneva. After obtaining his chartered accountant diploma in 1988, Pascal joined Ernst & Young in 1989 where he held the responsibilities of audit manager, then from 1994, audit partner and finally senior audit partner responsible for the financial services between 1999 and 2003. He then joined Union Bancaire Privée in 2003 as a Member of the General Management and held various responsibilities there, ranging from deputy to the human resources, risks and support manager supervising financial control, compliance and risks, then he coordinated product activities (investment funds) and, between 2006 and 2010, Pascal was the Private Banking Chief of Staff providing support and operational assistance to the head of the Private Banking.

Il est Associé depuis 2013 et Président du Conseil d’Administration de la société depuis 2014. Avant de rejoindre Penta, Pascal a exercé des fonctions d’auditeur chez Coopers & Lybrand entre 1981 et 1985, puis de « Controller » auprès de Digital Equipment Corporation, Genève. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme d’expert-comptable en 1988, Pascal a rejoint Ernst & Young en 1989 où il avait les responsabilités d’audit manager, puis dès 1994, audit partner et enfin senior audit partner responsable du secteur financier entre 1999 et 2003. Il a ensuite rejoint l’Union Bancaire Privée en 2003 en qualité de Membre de la Direction Générale avec différentes responsabilités allant d’adjoint au responsable ressources humaines, risques et support supervisant le contrôle financier, la compliance et les risques. Il a ensuite effectué la coordination des activités produits (fonds de placement) et, entre 2006 et 2010, Pascal a été le Chef d’Etat-major du Private Banking fournissant un support administratif et opérationnel au responsable du Private Banking.
