Hélène Fabbretti

joined PENTA MFO in November 2024 as a wealth structuring manager. She began her career in banking and then worked for over 10 years with the law firm ERNST & YOUNG in Paris and Nice as a tax lawyer and Senior Manager. From 2005 to 2018, she held the position of Head of the Financial Division at the Monegasque Budget and Treasury Department, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the Monegasque banking and financial sector. In 2018, she joined AURIGA LEGAL SERVICES where she worked as a legal advisor in the areas of banking and financial regulation, international taxation and wealth engineering. Hélène holds a business school diploma (ESLSCA), a master's degree in business and tax law and a diploma as a company legal advisor from the University of Nancy. She also holds the French lawyer’s diplôme (CAPA).

Elle a débuté sa carrière en banque puis a exercé pendant plus de 10 ans au sein du cabinet d’avocats ERNST & YOUNG à Paris et à Nice en tant qu’avocate fiscaliste et Senior Manager. De 2005 à 2018, elle a occupé le poste de Chef de la Division Financière à la Direction du Budget et du Trésor monégasque où elle a, notamment, eu à gérer l’ensemble des problématiques concernant le secteur bancaire et financier monégasque. En 2018, elle a rejoint le cabinet AURIGA LEGAL SERVICES où elle a exercé en qualité de conseil juridique dans les domaines de la réglementation bancaire et financière, de la fiscalité internationale et de l’ingénierie patrimoniale. Hélène dispose d’un diplôme d’école de commerce (ESLSCA), d’un master en droit et des affaires et fiscalité / diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprises obtenu à l’Université de Nancy et est titulaire du Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat.
